Free parking is available on-site. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and settle into our peaceful space.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Most sessions are conducted fully clothed. Avoid heavy perfumes or colognes out of respect for others.
Stay hydrated before your session. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior. Come with an open mind and heart, ready to receive healing.
Please silence your phone. Our studio is a sacred space for healing. Relax, breathe, and trust the process.
We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is collected at the time of service. Pricing is discussed during consultation.
Take time to integrate your experience. Drink plenty of water, rest if needed, and journal about your insights. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled.
